Dear Wildcat Families and Community,

Welcome to another exciting school year at Piedmont Elementary—affectionately known as “The Original!” As the first elementary in the district, we are proud of our strong traditions, tight-knit community, and the generations of learners who have walked our halls. It’s truly an honor to continue serving as principal of this amazing school.

This year, we’re Wild about Learning! From our youngest Wildcats (Welcome PK and K) to our graduating 4th graders, we’re creating a school year full of curiosity, growth, and discovery. Our staff is passionate about designing learning experiences that are meaningful, engaging, and prepare students for real-world success. We want our kids to not just learn, but to love learning itself.

Relationships are at the heart of everything we do. We know that when schools, families, and the community work together, students thrive. Whether you're a returning family or new to “The Original,” we invite you to partner with us—through volunteering, attending events, or simply staying connected.
